From the CEO’s Desk: Sights on the Future, Reflecting on 2023

A Message to our greater Senior Options family,

As we begin a new year together, we reflect on the past and set our sights on the future.

I wanted to share some highlights of 2023 as we go full force into 2024:

  1. We created a Co-Manager Initiative to close any gaps that might occur if your loved one’s primary care manager is not available. This initiative is being enhanced everyday to ensure the best possible care.

  2. We have expanded and partnered with more than 30 new professionals in the aging field increasing our resources to better serve our clients. Some of these resources cover Cognitive Training,  ARNPs who come to the house for medical oversight, acupuncturists, vaccine administration in the home and more.

  3. We invested in monthly continued education for our entire team with leading professionals in the field of neurocognitive diseases, Elder Law, latest technology for seniors, and so much more.

  4. Our team continues to grow as we have hired a new powerhouse Admin, Christine Carreon, who has implemented new layers of support to the entire Care Management team.

  5. We have onboarded two highly skilled Care Managers in the north end of Palm Beach, Jennifer Escobar and Summer McLaughlan, allowing Senior Options to service those who were previously out of reach.

  6. Amongst our new hires are Shannon Thill and Katherine Briggs. Shannon’s expertise and experience in Mental Health has helped countless clients overcome their personal hurdles. Katherine brings with her 20 plus years working in the hospital setting, and advises our team when navigating challenging scenarios.

  7. As our team continues to expand, we have created a new position, Director of Care Management, and are lucky to have Jennifer Escobar join our team in that capacity. She has already contributed in building our team and we are excited for the additional support she will provide to all of Senior Options.

  8. I am excited to announce my election to the Aging Life Care Association Florida Board of Directors for 2024. In part due to the high caliber of services Senior Options provides as the Premier Concierge Care Management Company of South Florida. I hope to bring that same passion and care to the organization state-wide.

  9. In celebrating our 13th year, Senior Options has emerged as the pre-eminent Care Management company. Our brand and team are nationally recognized and called upon for guidance from all over the country. With much confidence we have added a new tag line, “The Premier Concierge Care Management Company of South Florida”. Due to the impressive skill set of our Team, and the standard we have created for ourselves, our collaboration translates to success for our clients.

As much as we continue to grow, learn, and better our brand, there is one thing that is consistent at Senior Options: We are dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes to your loved one, so your family can gain peace of mind. We thank you for the continued confidence in our team. We are blessed to have the opportunity to care for those who mean so much.
