Jennifer Escobar

Jennifer Escobar, a South Florida native and Certified Care Manager, has devoted her life‘s work to aiding older adults and their families.  She initially began her career working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital.

 While pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, her internship at a skilled nursing facility ignited a passion to work with the senior population.

Over the course of 25 years, she worked in the nonprofit human services sector, helping to create and implement services to empower seniors to maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.  Guiding a seasoned team of professionals specializing in with working with older adults, including Holocaust Survivors, Jennifer has skillfully steered individuals and families through the intricate web of social services in South Florida.

Reflecting on her role, she shares, “I feel it is such an honor to work with seniors, who have led some of the most amazing lives. I always look at them from a lens of not only who they are now, but who they were as their youthful selves.  I am so excited and grateful to be joining a dedicated team of who share the same philosophy and enthusiasm for enriching the lives of seniors.”
