Michelle Goldberg

Michelle Goldberg is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, primarily with the geriatric population.  After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She began her nursing career in 1993 as an occupational health nurse at AIG in New York City. In 1995 Michelle moved to Florida with her husband and family.

Since that time, she has worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Boca Care (Baptist Health.)  Her focus has always been helping her patients and their families navigate through the disease process – which has included clinical direction in medical testing, laboratory explanation, physician referrals, and medication management.

Michelle places an emphasis on individual patient needs and relationships. Her passion in this field has lead her to become a Care Manager so she could improve the quality of life of her patients. Michelle understands the challenges involved in caring for family from afar. Michelle is certified as a Registered Nurse in NY, FL and 33 other states and is certified in COVID-19 Contact Tracing through Johns Hopkins University.
