Our mission is simple: to make sure no family faces these challenges alone. With LiveWell Options, you gain a partner who listens, advocates, and helps create a clear path forward.

Your LiveWell Team:

Shay Pradetto, MPH, is a Care Manager with Senior Options who blends her public health training with years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with complex needs. She began her career as a Public Guardian, advocating for clients with dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities, and she also draws from her personal experience with autism in her own family. Shay takes a whole-person approach, supporting clients with neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, OCD) as well as behavioral health challenges such as addiction, eating disorders, and hoarding. With strong communication skills and a collaborative style, she guides families through transitions into assisted living, skilled nursing, treatment programs, or in-home care, while prioritizing dignity, safety, and individualized goals.

Resourceful and connected, Shay has worked extensively with DCF, Fire Rescue, Police Departments, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD/CDC+ waiver), Medicaid programs, and attorneys across multiple specialties (elder care, special needs, guardianship, real estate, and more). Families value her ability to cut through red tape, find creative solutions, and advocate tirelessly. Above all, Shay’s mission is to empower families, reduce stress, and build sustainable care plans that bring peace of mind through every stage of life.

She later transitioned into long-term care, supporting older adults and individuals with complex medical and behavioral health needs. Beth’s professional passion lies at the intersection of mental health, aging, and chronic care. She is dedicated to fostering dignity, independence, and emotional resilience for the individuals and families she serves.
