Are you Fine?
In a study of 2,000 adults, the Mental Health Foundation found the average person says “I’m fine” 14 times per week, but only 19% of them actually mean it. We live in a fast paced world, where some feel like there isn’t time for feelings. So the best answer you can give is “I’m fine”. This Mental Health Awareness Month we recommit ourselves to breaking the stigma and focusing on the mental health of all.
