Shay Pradetto, MPH, brings a fresh yet deeply informed perspective to her role at Senior Options, backed by years of hands-on experience in guardianship case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Her dedication to service began in her youth, shaped by a strong sense of justice and empathy for those whose voices often go unheard. This early passion grew into a career centered on protecting the dignity, rights, and independence of individuals facing significant life challenges.

As a former Public Guardian, Shay managed complex caseloads for clients with conditions such as dementia, schizophrenia, and autism, navigating legal, medical, and social service systems to ensure their needs were met with integrity and care. Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach, she has guided clients and families through urgent crises as well as long-term care planning, balancing compassion with strategic problem-solving.

Beyond her professional roles, Shay has been a consistent force in advocating for accessibility, equity, and systemic change within the disability community.
