Liliana Abramson

Care Manager

Liliana Abramson is a Registered Nurse, a CCM (Certified Case Manager), and a CRRN (Certified rehabilitation Nurse), who has been working in the geriatric field for over 25 years. Liliana has served as Care Management Coordinator and Medical Navigator to local and international clients.

Her vast experience includes, home health care, skilled nursing facilities, and geriatric care management. Liliana also volunteers advocating for seniors as a Florida Long Term Care Ombudsman, The Sacred Aging Chairperson at a local synagogue, an Assistant Director of Volunteers at a local hospital and more. Liliana is bilingual in Spanish & English.

Liliana’s extensive experience and knowledge of resources allows her to implement life enhancing plans in crisis and day to day life.
