Laurie Langholtz

Laurie Langholtz has over 15 years of experience in Senior Living and 25 years of working with seniors in the Healthcare and Social Work arena.  Over her career span, Laurie has worked in Skilled Nursing, Home Health and Senior Living Communities, including Independent Living, Continuing Care Retirement, Assisted Living and Memory Care.  She holds a master’s degree in social work and has held certification as a Certified Dementia Care Specialist.  Laurie is knowledgeable of Florida Regulations and licensure held by Senior Living Communities in the South Florida area.   Laurie networks closely with professionals in the community who specialize in the areas of medical, legal and finance. She has always provided a wealth of resources for her clients, connecting them with appropriate service providers as needed. 

As a Social Worker, Laurie has performed assessments to determine the right level of care for her client’s needs and abilities.  She has connected her clients and families with the appropriate communities and assisted with resources to make a successful move and transition to a safe and caring environment.

Laurie has volunteered with the South Florida Alzheimer’s Association as a support group facilitator for caregivers.  She has also participated as a chairperson and committee member with both the Palm Beach and Broward annual walks.

Laurie is passionate about working with families to give them peace of mind and their loved ones to assist with the needed care and services to improve their quality of life.
