Laurie Langholtz
Laurie Langholtz has over 15 years of senior living experience and 25 years of working with seniors in the healthcare and social work arena. Over her career span, she has worked in Skilled Nursing, Home Health and Senior Living- Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is also a Certified Dementia Care Specialist. Laurie networks closely with other professionals in the community who specialize in the areas of healthcare, legal and finance. She has always provided a wealth of resources for her clients, connecting them with appropriate service providers as needed. Laurie has facilitated a caregiver support group for 8 years for the Alzheimer’s Association. She also co-chaired the Walk to End Alzheimer’s for 2 years which successfully exceeded the goals for raising money and participation of walkers. Education and raising awareness for this cause has been a passion of hers. Outside of her professional role, Laurie enjoys the beach, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Laurie and her husband have been married for over thirty-five years and have lived in Florida since 1988. She has 2 married daughters who live in NY and Atlanta and twin toddler grandsons, who they enjoy visiting and spending time with.
