Carlos is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care that honors the unique needs and cultural perspectives of every patient.

He holds a medical degree from Venezuela (2006) and is also a Registered Nurse, a dual perspective that allows him to anticipate patient needs, navigate complex health challenges, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. His approach is rooted in the belief that effective care goes beyond clinical treatment, requiring deep respect for a family’s wishes and sensitivity to their cultural background.

Carlos’s passion for geriatric care is both professional and deeply personal. Having grown up closely with his grandparents, he gained early, firsthand experience observing and supporting the evolving needs of the elderly, an upbringing that gave him a profound understanding of how to approach aging-related transitions with patience and empathy.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Carlos is able to bridge language gaps and ensure that patients and their families feel heard, comfortable, and fully informed throughout the care process. He holds himself to the highest standards of clinical practice and is deeply committed to the well-being of every client he serves.

Outside of work, Carlos is an active and enthusiastic individual who enjoys playing soccer, cooking, and singing. He is also a devoted animal lover, his French Bulldog, Joy, brings immense happiness to his life, and he brings that same warmth and positivity to his team and the clients he cares for.
