Alice Tennis, MSW

Alice Tennis, MSW is an experienced social work professional and program leader with more than 35 years of dedicated service supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, family caregivers, and other vulnerable populations. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles within nonprofit organizations, developing and overseeing programs designed to enhance quality of life, strengthen community connections, and ensure access to critical support services.

Grounded in person-centered and trauma-informed practices, Alice is recognized for her ability to build compassionate, responsive programs that address both the practical and emotional needs of those she serves. Her expertise spans care management, caregiver support, aging services, community outreach, program development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Most recently, Alice led programs serving Holocaust survivors and older adults within the Boca Raton and Delray Beach Jewish community, helping individuals and families navigate complex challenges while preserving dignity, independence, and well-being. Her work has focused on connecting people to resources, advocating for equitable access to services, and fostering strong support networks that empower individuals to thrive.

Originally from the Midwest and now a proud South Florida resident, Alice remains deeply committed to helping seniors and their families discover resilience, build meaningful connections, and access the resources they need to live fulfilling lives. Her career reflects a lifelong dedication to service, advocacy, and improving outcomes for those most in need.
